Shipping

Our standard sizing product ships within 3 weeks and should arrive at your home soon after depending upon the destination. Our custom creations take 1-2 weeks more. While we are currently set up to ship within the US and Canada, we are also able to ship to countries in Europe, Asia, South America and Australia. Please reach out for a shipping cost for those locations. 

Returns

Everyone at Elora Designs takes great pride in the product we create.  From our designers and our skilled artisans to the folks who pack and ship your order, we all work very hard to bring you the finest product possible. We genuinely want every customer to be happy with the beautiful drapes, curtains, roman shades and pillows we make in our workroom.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your standard sizing product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.  We are unfortunately unable to take returns on our custom crafted items. All returns must arrive in new condition, in the original packaging in which the order was shipped. Please email us at custom@eloradesigns.com for a Return Authorization and ship the product back to us.
